We’ll work together to help determine what support is right for you. All services are confidential. Our Mission is to unite mental health and substance use, health and social support services under one roof to bridge the gaps and make it easier for young people to access the care and connection they need to forge a path to wellness.

A huge thank you to the Abbotsford Canucks for hosting Foundry Abbotsford at their Hockey Talks game earlier this month and for their generous donation in support of youth mental health!

This contribution will significantly enhance Foundry Abbotsford’s ability to provide essential services to youth and families in our community.

is an annual initiative that raises awareness about mental health and honors the legacy of Vancouver Canucks player Rick Rypien. Each year, teams dedicate a home game to supporting youth and families facing mental health challenges, helping to spark conversations and break the stigma.

We’re also proud to share that Austyn, our Indigenous Peer Support Worker at Foundry was recognized as the Mental Health Hero of the Game. Austyn uses his shared experience to provide empowerment, hope and mentorship to youth in his role.

✨ Holiday Highlights at Foundry Abbotsford! ✨

Last month, Foundry Abbotsford celebrated the season with a series of festive events that brought joy and connection to youth in our community.

Their annual youth turkey dinner brought people together for a warm meal, good company, and plenty of holiday cheer.

They also hosted a Winter Solstice Party, which provided youth ages 12-24 with a fun-filled evening complete with games, crafts, karaoke, and plenty of great food. It was a wonderful opportunity to relax, have fun, and celebrate the season together.

It's free clothing closet time at Foundry Abbotsford again! This event is open to all youth ages 12-24 and their families. Come on by just for the closet or browse while you wait for your appointment. All are welcomed and encouraged to take as much as they need. Please bring your own bags if you plan to stop by!

The closet will be open in Meeting Space A at Foundry, just off of the waiting room:

Monday (January 26) 12pm-3pm
Tuesday (January 27) 11am-3:30pm
Wednesday (January 28) 12pm-3:30pm
Thursday (January 29) 10am-1pm

Foundry C.A.R.E.S - is a weekly group that provides youth ages 16-24 who have accessed foster care, mental health, and/or substance use services or experienced homelessness before age 19; with social connection, life skills, and empowerment. This group normally meets Thursdays 3:30pm-5:30pm.

🍿Thursday, January 8th - Movie Night: Shrek
Join us as we throwback to one of our generation's classics- SHREK!

🍪Thursday, January 15th -Boundaries and Cookies
Join us as we talk about our boundaries, what they mean and how to establish them through a demonstration that involves making some cookies! (There will be cookies to consume when it's done)

✏Thursday, January 22nd - Sketching Together
We'll be bringing in a How To Draw book and learning how to sketch some drawings together step by step! If we have time, someone is welcome to bring something to teach the group as well

Swing into the new year with some fun vision boards where we all as a group can talk about some goals and ideas for the year while doing some fun crafts!

📚Tuesday, January 13th - Book Club
Have a favourite book or one you read recently? We will be gathering together to talk about anything we have been reading lately that we just NEED to talk about together!

🍿Tuesday, January 20th - Movie Night - Soul
Get your popcorn on, as we gather to watch Soul! A wonderful movie about finding your spark!

🎲Tuesday, January 27th - Games Night
An absolute classic! We will be playing board games and busting out the Nintendo Wii for a fun casual day
