Halloween is everyday for some of us!

Our Annual Halloween Party that we partnered with Fraser Valley Youth Society with had 67 youth attend all between the ages of 12-24! (Yes, you heard that right... 6 7!!)

*NEW GROUP* Foundry FUNdamentals - is a weekly group offering youth ages 12-24 the opportunity to explore new topics, in a safe setting with counsellors and other youth. This group normally meets 4:00pm-6:00pm on Mondays.

Monday, November 17th - Let's Talk About Sex-Ed
We will be joined by our very own Nurse Mairin and Counsellor Anita who will going over the in's and out of Sex-Ed. Some topics will include discussions around Birth Control, STIs, Plan B, HPV Vaccine and just sexual health in general! While some material is more focused on youth above the age of 16, anyone between the ages of 12-24 is welcome to join this session. Please feel free to ask questions in advance anonymously using the QR Code on the poster!

Monday, November 24th - Compliment The Fit
Our wonderful Team Lead for Foundry Works and Education, Dansh, will be leading us in how to Compliment The Fit! Whether it's dressing up to express yourself, for a job interview or just day-to-day hygiene practices we will be covering it all! Anyone between the ages of 12-24 is welcome! Please feel free to ask questions in advance anonymously using the QR Code on the poster!

Wellness By Nature - is a wellness group for youth ages 12-24 that encourages youth to get outdoors and offers them to try new activities with other young people.

⭐️Monday, November 10th - Cascade Aerospace
We will be getting a private tour at Cascade Aerospace where they will lead us through various aerospace trades and hands-on activities!
The Agenda for the day:
8:00am - Check in at Foundry
8:30am - Bus picks us up at Foundry
9:00am - Tour Begins
11:00am - Tour Ends & Bus Picks us up
11:30am/12:00pm - Arrive back at Foundry (Depending on Traffic)

Colour Me Happy - a monthly art group that meets on the LAST Wednesday of every month from 4:00pm-6:00pm. This group provides youth ages 12-24 the opportunity to gather with other creatives to try new art mediums, techniques and learn about different artists

🎄Wednesday, November 26th - Tree's Of Hope
During this Colour Me Happy youth will be meeting us at Sevenoaks Shopping Centre to help us decorate our Tree of Hope! This tree will be on display in the mall for the holiday season and will be representing Foundry and all the work we do and fun you have!
