🎄 Soft & Creamy Christmas Apple Cinnamon Crumble
Perfect for those with dentures — warm, comforting, and melts in your mouth.
Ingredients
4–5 soft apples (like McIntosh or Gala), peeled & sliced thin
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Splash of water or apple juice
Crumble topping:
1/2 cup instant oats (softer than regular oats)
2 tbsp softened butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
You can also skip the topping entirely if you want it ultra-soft — it will taste like a warm spiced apple dessert.

🥣 Creamy Butternut Squash & Apple Soup
Soft, smooth, and full of fall flavor — perfect for those with dentures.
🧄 Ingredients:
1 medium butternut squash (peeled, seeded, cubed)
2 medium apples (like Fuji or Gala, peeled, chopped)
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
4 cups low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: ½ cup heavy cream or unsweetened coconut milk
🥄 Instructions:
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil or butter in a large pot until soft (about 5 minutes).
Add the cubed squash, chopped apples, broth, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 20–25 minutes, until squash and apples are very soft.
Use an immersion blender (or regular blender in batches) to blend until smooth.
Stir in the cream (optional) and season with salt and pepper.
