I can’t believe I missed my 30 year anniversary of landing in Canada 🇨🇦🤦‍♀️🙈

It was on the 10th of November!! Oops 😬 guess mom life and all the other shenanigans that completely made me forget till I remembered this weekend 🤪

Still remember the day pretty vividly (not the people) but the moment I stepped out of the airport and knew I was at home… I was so ready to be here (even though didn’t know English)… never felt more at home when I landed.. especially the many genuine people I’ve met.

So glad and happy I’m here 🥰 the more I explore Canada.. (still many places and provinces to visit).. the more I enjoy the nature and people here.

Always believe you can attain it.

When you’re ready… time will tell… don’t stop.. keep going and start today!

Before drinking ketones this mama was completely exhausted (very little sleep… mostly due to chronic back pain and mind just not able to settle), overwhelmed and not happy at all!!

Since starting my journey with ketones, I’m finally sleeping and feel rested. I have energy to do my daily chores and some even on peak pain days! I’m far more focused than I’ve ever been and I have energy to still run around with my kiddos 😉.

What I didn’t expect to gain was the amazing community that supports me every single day!!

I’m super excited for what’s to come!!! And to support all of those who join me in this journey with ketones!!

I’m so excited for all of the new Flavours to come 😉 🆕➡️(hint) ⬛️🍒
