Amy is our passionate go getter osteopathic manual therapist. Since she very young she was curious and valued realness. That’s led her to be a very independent thinker who challenges norms in every situation that she finds herself - including manual therapy and exercise physiology realms. Amy very determined - including with helping life be easier for as many people as possible.
Amy’s idea of adventure has included exploring historical information, practices and communities that have given insight and impacted an evolution in her worldview, taking courses and participating in conferences wherever she finds very knowledgeable instructors in various places around North America, Europe and online, volunteering for organizations and boards, and refereeing at club volleyball Nationals.

We have made it to February already, isn’t time floating by ever so quickly, almost like you blink and it’s not January 1 anymore.
