Wishing our beloved Sarah a heavenly 4th birthday 👼🏾🕊️

Continuing bond is an internal relationship we maintain with loved ones that have passed and it’s healthy. It’s a grief theory I talk about when supporting grieving clients and it’s something my family and I do to honour Sarah.

I’ve shared the message below in the past but wanted to share it again for anyone grieving a loved one and needing a gentle reminder ❤️‍🩹🫂

Grief is not linear
Grief is natural
Grief is a process
Grief cannot be rushed
Grief is not a weakness
We grieve because we love
