Flowers are amazing to me. You watch the plant grow and a flower bud appear, then with sunlight a beautiful vibrant flower appears. They all look up longingly at the sun. They may wilt alittle in the sun and with some rain (water) they perk up to smile again. We all need to be more like a flower. Enjoy the sun, and drink water and remember to smile to enjoy the simple things plus add beauty to the world.

How many people believe everything happens for a reason? Why do you think Covid has occurred? I believe our society has become such a ME society. There are many many things to be appreciative of in this world but instead of enjoying your home, family, and quiet time most people have become even more bitter. We are on this earth to grow and learn lessons. What is your lesson? Did you sit back and really think of what the lesson is for this time in your life? Something that is affecting everyone around the world. What is the lesson?

Summer Time! How amazing is it to walk in the grass, enjoy the beach, feel the sun hitting your face. When we get so little time in the sun make sure you take the time to really enjoy it. Connecting with Nature is exactly that the doctor ordered! To a wonderful rest of the summer.

Happy Sunday Night! Are you all ready for Monday morning? Are you setting your intentions for the week? Are you planning all your activities, menu, and quiet times? I find Sunday to be the busiest day for me. I change all our beds, do all our laundry, clean up, try to spend time with the family and make lunches for everyone for the next day, it’s garbage night, the list goes on. But at the end of the day I feel so accomplished and start the week of right! So here’s to a great week!!!

Another amazing year has come and almost gone. When on our holiday, I saw a sign that said, "Don't look back you have already been there" SO TRUE. I hope you only look at today and enjoy the moment and then move forward for 2019. Happy New Year!
