Uptown Gym has always been a place of grit, heart, and the everyday human showing up as they are. And now, Sol-auna Wellness is bringing a Soul Sound Experience right to your doorstep. This is not just a workshop...it’s an embodied journey, meant to be felt, not explained. No two experiences are ever the same, because no two souls are the same.
We move together through a timeless vortex of self-healing, nervous system regulation, and deep inner listening...before returning in a closing sharing circle to simply observe, be, and (if called) journal what surfaced. This is for the average Joanne, the open-hearted human, the curious soul, and anyone craving connection beyond words.

What to Bring | Make Your Nest 🤍
Come create a cozy space just for you. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket to get comfortable, along with a water bottle and a journal if you feel called to reflect. Wear something soft and comfortable—this is a night of self-love and deep rest.

Acupuncture Soundbath at Sol-auna Wellness Hub, where ancient healing meets contemporary wellness. This deeply nurturing experience is designed to gently guide the body and mind out of clutter and into a state of calm, grounding, and true relaxation.

You’ll be supported with gentle acupuncture to enhance nervous system function, while being bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, tuning forks, and light-language vocals—allowing the spirit to soften, the body to release, and the mind to rest.

Here is a little bit about her:

Jackie has helped land and homes in Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada and is working in association with world leaders in Earth Stewardship and EnergyLand and Property Clearing on projects in Australia and United States.

What is she going to bring to the hub?

Some things that I bring are intuitive energy healing with messages from Guides, Angels, Archangels, Ancestors and more, and work with sound, colour and crystal therapy that can help with a variety of issues and blocks in life. These sessions work with your Guardian Angel and Guides to provide what you need to help you grow and heal and become the best and happiest you, complete with joy, love and a sense of self. I am a great source for holding space and do so with gratitude and love.
In sessions I guide you to clarity, healing of your mind, body and soul: this brings relaxation, reset of the central nervous system and help with a myriad of things going on in the body and around the world today.
My path brought me to working with the Earth, in releasing trauma in the Earth by my process of Energy Clearing; the absolute amazing thing happens in this, it allows people to release their own inner trauma.
My offerings are 1 on 1 intuitive energy healing and Guide messages, Energy Healing with Sound and colour therapy with Guide messages, energy clearing of home and property and facilitating events.
