Good Saturday evening! So much has happened in the last couple of years as we recovered from the pandemic and some major life changes. Grieving can be a long process. Starting to rejuvenate the creativeness and getting back into the swing of things. Reviewing recipes and planning some classes. Christmas is right around the corner - yikes. Watch for updates in the coming weeks. Looking forward to creating together.

It has been almost a full year since my last post. The global pandemic has proven to be way more than we thought it would be.
With the future looking promising I have been working on so many things. As I re-ignite my passion for creating natural, holistic products I want to introduce the 10 days of Giveaways! Starting December 15th through to Christmas Eve. I will have a random draw a day. All items will be available for pick-up after the draw is made. So stay tuned.

Well it sure has been awhile! Covid Nursing brought many challenges and changed the direction of focus. With 2020 in the rear view and 2021 still an unknown - I am continuing to learn and be creative! Currently working on my Master Aromatherapist and Herbalist certifications. While I work on growing my own I would like to give a shout out to Maureen and her awesome staff at Soap and More! excellent quality and service! Thank you Again Mo! A few more projects on the go!!

Well, Fall is certainly in the air, recently finished up the pickling, juicing apples (that will be jelly soon) and today creating Elderberry Syrup. Cooling now and will add some raw honey and pour into bottles. As is, good for 2 months refrigerated - longer if I add some 40% alcohol (Vodka, Brandy, Grand Marnier)
Ingredients: Water, Elderberries, Whole Cloves, Fresh lemon juice/rind, Fresh ginger, Cinnamon chips, Raw honey and some alcohol in part of the final product. **Add-On** I decided to add a small amount of Grand Marnier to part of the batch primarily for its cognac and orange notes to enhance the flavor and extend the shelf life.

Sugar scrub in da house - Orange, Vanilla :) (they are all the same, just look a little different in color due to the lighting)
Ingredients: Sugar, Sweet almond oil, Jojoba oil, Borage oil, Argan oil, Cocoa butter, Vitamin E and optiphen. The emulsifying ingredients are - Ewax and Stearic acid (both plant based)

Our paw balm is the bomb! Simple natural ingredients - Organic virgin coconut oil, Shea butter, white Beeswax & Vitamin E. Essential oils of Lavender and Chamomile. Gently massage into the paw pads, quickly absorbs - a little goes a long way. 🐾🐾
