If your mind won’t shut off… try THIS weird trick.

If your mind feels loud lately… here’s something most people don’t know:
👉 You literally can’t think while humming.

For a moment, the mental chatter just… stops.
Not because you’re “trying to relax,”
but because humming activates the vagus nerve and shifts your whole nervous system into rest-mode.

Here’s why it works ⬇️
• Humming increases nitric oxide (hello, better oxygen flow)
• It softens tension in the vagus nerve
• It pulls you out of fight-or-flight
• Your brain gets a mini pause... which feels like relief

Even 10 seconds can calm anxiety, ease overwhelm, and help you feel grounded again.
