🌬 Breathe — even one deep inhale helps.
👁 Observe — what’s around you right now?
☁️ Pause — before you rush or react.
🌸 Savor — something small, like your morning tea.
🧠 Listen — really listen, to yourself or someone else.
☀️ Gratitude — because calm starts with awareness.
