Landing back on earth ✨

I just wanted to share a little bit as I continue to integrate from my time away.

Sharing on the sacredness and depth of this alchemical, magical, energetic work that is truly life-changing✨

When we slow down enough to let magic into our lives, it’s amazing what happens.

When we slow down enough to give ourselves space to feel what wants to come through it’s amazing what happens.

When we gather with the right group of people to be witnessed in our fullness, it’s amazing what happens.

Magic is real. Magic is the unexplained healing that happens when we allow ourselves to go deeper, to see beyond what is right in front of us, to look past what we’ve been told we’re supposed to see.

The Void✨🩸

As I sit with my cacao and feel myself coming back to life, feeling my purpose and passion for what I am doing in this world - it came to me.

As we journey deeper into the magic and power that our monthly cycles hold, there are spaces where we are asked to just “be”.

No thinking - No planning - No doing - simply to be in it.

A time to witness and just live life. Be present to what is showing up right in front of you. This is not easy for me since I’m always creating and planning and conjuring up what’s next!

So today as I feel myself coming out of that caccon I was given the words. That space we sit in. The one of discomfort and pushing to figure it all out, normally that window of time comes right before we bleed (but in my case being in Perimenopause seems to come right after).

You know there is something more ✨

As I sit and reminisce about our fall women’s retreat that happened just over a week ago I am reminded of the power , the sisterhood, be healing and the magic that happens when we come together in circle✨

There’s a connection that we hold from long before we can remember and when we gather in ceremony, in sacred space, in community like we did for this weekend retreat. There is a deep remembrance that happens in our souls and our cells✨

I know many of you wanted to be there this time and for whatever reason it didn’t work out.

I hold the deepest trust when I host these events that the women who are ready for the work that is going to take place are the ones that show up.

The women that came to wild remembrance were meant to be there in every possible way. The sisterhood that was birthed that weekend is something so beautiful that you hold with you forever in that moment in time.
