We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Social Worker to join our remote team and contribute to the psychosocial well-being of surrogates, egg donors, and intended parents.
Position
Job Title: Registered Social Worker-MSW or BSW
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part to Full-Time (25-40 hours/week)
Field: Fertility / Reproductive Medicine
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for surrogates and egg donors, including psychosocial history, risk assessment, informed consent support, and ongoing well-being monitoring.
Provide ongoing individual and group counseling to:
Intended parents
Surrogates
Egg donors
Develop, implement, and adjust psychosocial care plans in collaboration with medical and fertility teams.
Prepare clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation, including psychosocial reports, treated as part of the medical record.
Facilitate and/or coordinate monthly support groups for surrogates and/or egg donors, including agenda setting, grounding activities, resource sharing, and crisis management.
Provide crisis intervention as needed and establish safety planning protocols.
Qualifications
Current licensure as a Social Worker
Certification or demonstrated experience in reproductive psychology, perinatal mental health, or fertility-related social work is a plus.
Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical social work experience; experience in fertility, surrogacy, or donor programs is highly desirable.
Strong psychosocial assessment and risk assessment skills.
Experience providing individual and group counseling, preferably in medical or complex-family-building settings.
Excellent report writing, documentation, and records management abilities.
Experience planning and facilitating support groups or group therapy.
Ability to work remotely with reliable technology; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and professional boundaries.
