It can be so easy to get caught up in the whirl wind of our lives that we lose sight of the direction we are heading….. If we were to stop and take one moment, to just breathe and center ourselves… and what if in that moment we took the time to reflect on where we are and where we came from? I know for myself there has been a constant change and growth … I am definitely not the same person I was a week ago, a month ago, a year… and amazingly I do not recognize who I was 4 years ago. With all the shifting that has been going on with myself internally & externally the one thing I found that was so important to remember was….“ Be Gentle with Yourself”

It can be so easy to use up all our energy to keep up with the momentum of our day to day lives, most of the time we do not even realize or are even aware of how empty we really have become, this moving shell of “Do”ingness, not “Be”ingness. It is time to take a little time even if it is just a few minutes a day to honor our spirit and take care of ourselves. Find self-worth, self-esteem, feel empowered and most of all have un-conditional Love for yourself and the universe around you. Its time to discover the more your able to honor your body with gentleness, tenderness & compassion, the more it will be apparent in your life. Learn to be aware of these needs of your body, mind, spirit and in doing so this allows you to live your life with unlimited love and empowering energy. “Where Stars Bow to Earth”

She stood where the land remembers.
Where canyon winds whisper the names of the First People,
and the stars lean low to listen.

Before her, the Spirit Horse appeared —
woven of starlight, born from breath and memory.
Not beast, not vision, but something older than both:
a keeper of paths, a bridge between worlds.

The girl did not flinch.
She met his gaze like one meeting her own soul
in a time before time.

They did not speak.
There was no need.

The horse bowed his head —
not in submission, but recognition.
The sky spun slow above them,
and for a heartbeat long as eternity,
the Earth was whole again.

As the light shines through my window I awaken.
I am reminded once more that today is another day stolen from borrowed time.
Today I will live and live to will. I will be thankful for all I love and all I have.
Every breath taken in shall be full as I take in the world around me.
I will push away the pain, hide my tears and sorrow and drown out all that threatens my very being.
Today I will climb that rock and sit on top staring and soaking in the beauty of nature, of life.
I will let the wind whisper in my ears and flow through me filling my every sense, breathing life once more into my soul.
Just for today I shall truly live, making the best of everything, because I know as the sun sets and sleeps, so shall I.
I will be there once more to watch the last ray of the sun disappear, knowing that one day it may never awaken me.
Just for today I will live.

The butterfly doesn’t look back at the caterpillar in shame, just as you should not look back at your past with shame. Your past gave you gorgeous capable wings, this absolutely nothing to be shame filled or guilt ridden!

And awakens all
Of our hidden ghosts
That we dig deeper to find
Once inaccessible strength.

It’s in times when division is fierce
That we must reach for each other
And hold each other much
Much tighter.

Do not fall away now.
This is the time to rise.
Your light is being summoned.

Wow! I know for myself there has been a constant change and growth … I am definitely not the same person I was a week ago, a month ago, a year… and amazingly I do not recognize who I was 4 years ago. With all the shifting that has been going on with myself internally & externally the one thing I found that was so important to remember was….“ Be Gentle with Yourself” It is so easy to use up all our energy to keep up with the momentum of our lives, most of the time we do not even realize or are even aware of how empty we really are. We become this moving shell of “Do”ingness, not “Be”ingness. It is time to take a little time even if it is just a few minutes a day to honor our spirit and take care of our body. Now this could mean different things to different people: • Massage, Sauna • Session with a healer • Seminar, Workshop • Yoga Class • Mediation • Journal • Walking in Nature • Going on a retreat • Remedies, Herbs, Vitamins • Bath All of these things helped me clear through the many dark shadows within my life. I found self-worth, self-esteem, I feel empowered and most of all I have un-conditional Love for myself and the universe around me. I discovered the more I was able to honour my body with gentleness, tenderness & Compassion, the more it was apparent in my life. I learned to be aware of the needs of my body, my mind, my spirit and in doing so this allows me to live my life with unlimited love and healing energy.
