April completed a Foot Reflexology Course in 2009. She has always been interested and believes in natural healing and the benefits of Reflexology. She says Reflexology offers so many benefits. A few examples are, assisting the body with its natural healing process which helps boost energy levels, increases circulation, reduces headaches, reduces pain, helps the elimination of toxins, faster healing, reduces stress and anxiety, helps sleeping patterns, and helps create an all around well being.
