Weightlifting (Olympic, that is) session February 22nd @ 10:00am. Open to current members (regardless of skill level)

Use this as a working session to help refine your lifts and increase your weights with the help of a national level athlete/coach.

Schedule this into your month - make her regret she said yes :) fill the class!

I will open the class for registration 2 weeks before. Keep an eye out.
