When I went through my dark December of depression, I hated myself, I didn’t love myself. I hated who I had become again. I am a gym rat and wasn’t in the gym which caused more of my depression to go deeper.

A coach/friend reached out to me with concern and now he’s been my coach and brings results.

Not saying my other coach didn’t bring results cause he did, just wasn’t the right fit that’s all.

Blessed beyond recognition.
Made the first cut and will continue to be blessed.

I’m finally back after a long break of trying to stay true to myself.

Photos are picks of one workout, looking forward to the final results for my shows in June and to walk off the stages happy with whatever the Lord gives me those days.

After the snow storm we hit yesterday and today still got my butt to the gym.

Great check in with my coach this morning. Down 2.5 pounds and counting.
