What does your yoga teacher want you to know?
Honestly, you don’t have to love meditation, yoga and strength training.
They are the tools that help you to live the life you want with freedom of body and mind.
I’m passionate about fitness and mindfulness, but I’m also passionate about scuba diving.
You’ve got to be strong, agile, have good balance and breathing mechanics to dive and I’m so grateful for the daily practices that help my body to do all the things I love.
After returning from a busy diving destination, I saw people much younger than me struggling to do the things that I can do easily, and that makes me love strength training and yoga even more.
When you fall in love with what yoga and fitness do for you, you’ll be hooked.
