We practice silent mornings on this retreat.

Coffee, tea and fruit before morning meditation are a no talking zone.

Letting everyone have a bit of peace to journal, enjoy the view and be present before we get into the day.

Excursion day!

It’s not all yoga on retreat.

We explore the country we are in and learn about what makes it special.

So happy we found Annie and trusted her to show us around her home nation of Grenada. If you’re in Grenada, look up Island Vacations 473 she’s your gal.

❤️ate a delicious locally made lunch

And of course came back to Bay House Grenada to do some yoga.

We're off to Grenada for our annual winter yoga retreat!

What does your yoga teacher want you to know?

Honestly, you don’t have to love meditation, yoga and strength training.

They are the tools that help you to live the life you want with freedom of body and mind.

I’m passionate about fitness and mindfulness, but I’m also passionate about scuba diving.

You’ve got to be strong, agile, have good balance and breathing mechanics to dive and I’m so grateful for the daily practices that help my body to do all the things I love.

After returning from a busy diving destination, I saw people much younger than me struggling to do the things that I can do easily, and that makes me love strength training and yoga even more.

When you fall in love with what yoga and fitness do for you, you’ll be hooked.
