If you’re an innovator, a pattern-seer, an out-of-the-box thinker, a paradigm shifter – you’re probably not wrong. You’re just early.

Usually, the other person just hasn’t built the context yet.

Lead with patience and guide with sequence, one dot at a time. And trust that when the context is ready, your truth will land exactly as it’s meant to.

Truth doesn’t need to be forced. It just needs the right sequence to be seen.

Of course, these things always have other factors and variables at play.

This weekend, however, reminded me of this one that I think is pretty important. And maybe you’ll find it a helpful reminder, too.

Ten years ago today, I met my husband at a party I never planned to attend. That night became one of the biggest lessons of my life.

Surrender isn’t about giving up. It’s about getting out of your own way so what’s meant for you can finally find you.

That’s true in love, in business, and in purpose.

If you’ve been pushing, forcing, or trying to make something happen, maybe this is your reminder to stop chasing the cat. 🐈‍⬛

This is a reminder all of us can benefit from time to time on our journey. Because it’s all too easy to forget.

When you surrender, life moves.

When you trust, everything aligns.

And that’s when what’s meant for you, finds you.

Here’s to 10 years of flow, alignment, and choosing surrender, again and again.

Ignoring that inner call doesn’t make it go away. It just makes the reckoning louder. I learned that the hard way.

The people I work with aren’t looking for someone to hand them a template or tell them what to do. They’ve been there and done that and they know that type of work only takes them so far.

They’re looking for someone who understands them and their level of depth and intensity, because not everyone does.

And they want to work with someone who able to see the pattern, name the deeper throughline that connects everything they’ve lived, learned, and mastered up until now, and help them articulate the legacy they’re actually here to build.

We evolve their body of work, clarify the direction their purpose is taking them, and create the conditions for their genius to operate at full capacity.

That’s my work now, and it’s never felt more satisfying and aligned.

Oh what a journey it’s been.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is business doesn’t thrive because of strategy alone.

It thrives when your vital force flows through it.

That’s the essence of Business Vitalism.

When your business evolves with you, aligned with your deepest soul purpose, it stays alive. Sustainable, resonant, and transformative.

Because I believe depth, not virality, is what shifts the collective.
