It's truly lovely to see so many visitors coming in to spend time with our Residents - family, friends and others; thank you.
We welcome ADHS student Kaileigh who is coming in to do her Volunteer Hours and is eager to make a difference with everyone she meets. We were able to do a Special Meal program today and some Residents were treated to 'Moe's Shawarma' and it must have been very, very good as the room got very, very quiet when the food was served 🙂. We welcomed Mike Wattie as well as The Valley Booters in to entertain and finish up the week. Wishing everyone Happy Friday - from our Home to Yours - everyone near and far xo

Today we welcomed Al Monagle on Naismith Lane, in to celebrate the last of our St. Patrick's Day parties. Great Irish music from start to finish and we got all the green drinks down the hatch and all the shenanigans wrapped up for another year.....Happy St. Patrick's Day from our Home to yours xo

Well, another St. Paddy's Day party on the weekend was celebrated on our Mississippi Lane and was well attended with the ever-popular Clarence & Trevor entertaining.
On Sunday Aggie Pilon was in to celebrate St. Patrick's day with lots of great Irish music. Thank you all for coming in to help us brighten up the days for our Residents - Sláinte

Just a quick Hello from ACH, we are relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and the mild day. Here and there - a little couch time; a new hairdo; a little snuggle time; a little dancing; a little Shuffleboard and always, always, so nice to have families come in and make use of our lovely rooms to have a meal together….take good care out there xo

Whether it’s looking out at the fabulous sunrise or a kick start to the day with Falan’s Yoga exercises, it seems like a good way to start the day! We’ve been keeping active with lots of Physical Games and In the Pantry baking and keeping each other company. Good Friday afternoon all, a good afternoon to be sipping hot chocolate and catching up on the news. This week we welcomed the Almonte Legion Members and Mayor Lowry who came in to do the Remembrance Day Service with our Residents. It was very, very lovely and we so appreciate you including us as we know you have a lot of stops to make. We also welcomed Cheryl Camelon-Barker and her Naismith Kindergarten class – all 29! They sang songs and entertained the Residents, it was very, very sweet. Mike Wattie and Andrew McDougall were in to play music, and Mabel was in to make the rounds this afternoon. We hope you all are cozied up for the weekend and we wish you a Happy Friday - from our Home to Yours xo
