Place: Merid and Magna Historic Retreat
Day: Sunday's from Feb 15-March 29th (no class March 1st)
Cost: $90
Class consists of primarily chair-based exercise with optional standing and mat exercises.

Reflecting on 2025, I can't say thank you enough to everyone that has supported my business! It's truly an honor to be able to help you through your recovery process and I cherish getting to know you during the process!

I have some professional goals this year to network more and spread awareness of what services I offer! I will be expanding services for women's health, including prenatal and postpartum workshops, so keep your eyes open for this!

Just a reminder that there is bootcamp today at 630pm! This is at the clinic near Alsask. All levels welcome, I have different options provided based on your fitness level and preference. Come out just for some movement or push yourself!
