"Thank you all for a fantastic tour of the Friesens facility in Altona. I loved every minute of it and was absolutely in awe of the scale and sophistication of the production facilities. I have a better sense of how our book comes together and the art, science and ingenuity that goes into it.
I soaked up so much from Dave's tour, including getting a better sense of the people, processes, and equipment involved in yearbook processes. I also enjoyed meeting with Gerald to discuss ways to correct our colour processes at the digital end so what we see on the screen is more faithfully represented on paper.
This was a really helpful visit and your warmth and hospitality at every stage were so appreciated. I can see how Friesens is a very special business that goes all-out to support their customers.
