Essential Skills for Facilitating

Join us for this 2-hour interactive workshop designed to introduce adult learning principles, strengthen essential facilitation skills, and encourage reflective practice for continued growth as a facilitator.

This session provides a strong starting point while leaving space for personal discovery and learning beyond our time together.

Learning Goals:
🔹 Understand key Adult Learning Principles and how they support engaging facilitation
🔹 Build effective facilitation approaches through activities focused on communication, presence, energy, feedback, and navigating challenges
🔹 Enhance facilitator self-awareness, including persona, style, and self-care

These are 60 minutes in duration and cost $65 each ($60 each if you attend all 4 weeks).
