Yin Yoga Offerings

1. Yin Yoga Retreat:
- Sunday, November 16th from 9 - 4pm YMCA $50/Members $100/Non-Members

2. Yin and Pin Series (3 sessions, 3 different classes with Therapeutic Acupuncture)
Choice of:
-Tuesdays- 6:45pm - 8:15pm (Nov 18, 25 & Dec 2)
-Fridays 3:30 - 5pm (14, 21 & 28)

Stress Detox with Acupuncture
Fridays at 12:00 pm on
Tuesdays at 5:30 pm on May 6, 13, 20 and 27
These are 60 minutes in duration and cost $65 each ($60 each if you attend all 4 weeks).

Acupuncture is covered by most insurance providers. We direct bill Blue Cross only. Receipts are included to submit to your provider.
