Today we joined the 5K Run in support of the Welcome Centre Shelter for Women and Families, helping women and children experiencing homelessness in our community. 💙

Thanks to the incredible effort of our local Shoppers Drug Mart teams, together we raised $73,000 this year for this important cause. 👏

We are so grateful for the amazing support from our community, our customers, and our employees who made this possible. 💕

💙 Celebrating Our Pharmacists 💙

Pharmacists are true healthcare heroes in our community. They do so much more than prepare prescriptions — they give vaccines, provide health advice, do medication reviews, and in Ontario, they can even prescribe for minor ailments. 🙌

Every day they juggle dozens of responsibilities: checking for medication safety, answering endless questions, supporting patients with care and compassion, and making sure families get the help they need. They’re often the first point of contact in healthcare, and one of the most trusted.

🩺💙 Monthly Diabetes Clinic – Thank You for Joining Us! 💙🩺

Today we hosted one of our Monthly Diabetes Clinics, and what a fantastic day it was! We connected with patients, checked A1C levels, and had meaningful one-on-one conversations about managing diabetes and improving overall health. 🧬💬

Special thanks to our amazing technician Nisha, who performed the testing with such care, and to Pharmacist Greg, who provided valuable education and support throughout the clinic. 🙌
