We're delighted to welcome two thoughtfully designed new offerings to our schedule, both hosted by Sarah Simone, RMT, YTT — newly certified in Jill Miller's renowned Body by Breath® and Roll Model® Methods.
🌿 Body by Breath
A science-backed practice that weaves together breathwork, mindful movement, self-massage rolling, and deep rest. This class is designed to help you:
