So I have been a deadbeat blogger for a few months now. And it's because I have been working on something that is more concrete for both myself and you as a reader. Ok guys, the baked pasta went so well last friday that I am doing it again. For $20 you get a family sized portion of my baked pasta, the rich and filling sauce contains sweet sausage, ground beef, black beans, tomatoes and loads of herbs and spices. The pasta are topped with a blend of cheese and in under an hour you can have a no hassle dinner on the table. You can also freeze the pasta and it will last for up to three months. People who tried it last week feel free to chime in and let everyone know how much they liked it.

If you haven't heard, I do a wicked good baked pasta with sweet sausage, and beef in a rich tomato sauce(right Peter DiPasquale?).
