Weekend in the woods 🌲 — fresh air, long talks, slower pace.

So I laced up, hopped on the treadmill, and did it anyways.

Today marks my first day of being 40, and I celebrated by leaning into the habits that keep me strong and healthy: morning sunlight, time in Scripture, lifting weights, walking 10k steps, eating veggies, and finishing the day with sauna + rest before an early bedtime.

After 12 months of hard work, dedication, and countless hours in the clinic, Angelica is officially back on the field with the Redeemer Royals Women's Soccer team after ACL surgery. 💪⚽
