When you need us, we're here to help you navigate through life's challenges. We serve children, teens, adults, and couples. The diverse multi-disciplinary team at our Ancaster clinic includes Social Workers, Registered Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapist, Certified Teachers, RECEs, Speech Pathologist, Child Life Specialists, Executive Function Specialists, and Therapeutic Coaches. We take a creative, flexible and out-of-the-box approach to therapeutic supports. We specialize in DBT & social skills groups for all ages, in-home and in-clinic Executive Function coaching, parent coaching and collaborative wraparound family services, helping people to live well with ADHD, ASD, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, learning disabilities and other exceptionalities. Hank, our cherished hamster, passed away peacefully after a long life of playfulness and endless exploration.

Hank was known as one of our most popular and “coolest” hamsters, where he welcomed countless kiddos and staff with patience. He never nipped, never rushed, and always allowed little hands to hold him with trust.

He loved nothing more than basking in his sunlit loft after a hearty meal, sometimes deciding to find a Houdini-level escape hatch in a series of increasingly secure cages, setting off to roam every corner of his colourful world and slipping away on mysterious expeditions that, without fail, concluded in the basement.

Hank’s gentle nature brightened the clinic each day and kids left with smiles because of him. His presence made our space warmer and kinder.

Hank will always be remembered at NowWhat for the joy he brought, the comfort he gave, and the laughter he inspired.

Thank you, Hank, for all the light you brought to our clinic.
