Just a reminder ... pretty much everything is figureoutable. Here's a gentle nudge to drop your shoulders and take a breath. To forgive yourself for not being perfect. To remember that no one has it all together (whatever 'it' is). To accept that we will all die with items left on our to-do lists, so we may as well find a way to breathe and laugh and be OK right now - yep, even in the middle of your doomscroll - and to believe that you're already kind of magical.

Got a kid, teen, or young adult who is interested in Dungeons and Dragons but doesn't know where to begin? Ask about our 4-week mini campaigns designed as a gentle, neuro-inclusive, supported intro to the exciting world of D&D!

🐉 D&D is a role-playing, dice-rolling, world-building, character-creating game with endless opportunities for self-expression, social communication, problem-solving, boundary-setting, self-advocacy, and most importantly, joy, connection, and lifelong access to a diverse global community where you never know - you might just find your people.

Our intro program consists of a 1:1 session with a D&D specialized social worker and four 90- minute small group sessions. You'll experience character creation, get introduced to the game mechanics, and try your hand at your first adventure!
