Good morning everyone, happy Yoga Glow Thursday! ☀️🧘🏼‍♀️✨

In todays class we’re going to practice backbending, shoulder stretching, and how to target engaging the glutes better. We’ll work our way up to practicing CAMEL POSE which is what you see in this picture! 🐫

It's been almost two months since we last met for an in-person moon circle. At the end of August we celebrated the new moon in Virgo, and at the end of October we'll meet again for an awesome fall version of this gathering to celebrate the new moon in Scorpio!

👉 We're going to do outdoor yoga, meditation, talk about astrology, guided journaling, and a special new moon ritual.

💥 Last time we SOLD OUT and had several people on a wait-list! 💥

Here are the details:
📆 This event is on Saturday evening, October 22
⏰ From 5:00PM-6:30PM (90 minutes of goodness!)
🌳 Outdoors in a gorgeous park in Barrie
🦂 This time around everything will be Scorpio themed, because the new moon will be in the sign of Scorpio
💵 Tickets are an investment of $25
