Join us for kids or teens art & social skills groups for Neurodivergent youth running in Angus and Barrie, plus NeuroVerse! Our virtual Friday meetups for Neurodivergent adults looking to practise real-life skills like job interviews, conversation strategies, teamwork…and of course a ton of fun with interactive games and e-gift card prizes!

Woke up to finding out that Buddy UP! has been nominated for the 2026 Canadian Choice Awards in the Community Services category and it truly feels like a celebration of all of us 👏

This nomination reflects the amazing kids and teens who show up with courage and kindness, the families who trust and support our programs, and the partners and community spaces that open their doors to make these groups possible ❤️💙💚💛

Buddy UP! exists because of the people who believe in creating spaces where Neurodivergent youth can connect, build friendships, and feel understood. This recognition belongs to every single person who has been part of that mission.
