Altima Yachts, Inc was founded out of a desire by our founder, Frank Sciortino, to produce the finest cruising yacht possible at a reasonable investment level.

He wanted a vessel that was safe, attractive, luxurious, comfortable, and easily maintained. He required a level of fit and finish that would rival the output of both European and North American production yards. He was, also, determined to add the Altima Difference . . . a common sense attitude to life on the water . . . wide stairs instead of ladders . . . wide companionways instead of tiny unprotected ledges . . . salon level day heads instead of down level facilities . . . and more. Our yachts and our company reflect this continuing passion

After ten years of development and hull by hull evolution, the company that Frank founded now offers 9 models, from a 45' to a 77', of supremely attractive, imminently livable cruising yachts. Our boats represent an optimum balance between style and function. Their traditional lines belay a thoroughly modern construction pedigree. The shipyards we use, utilize the latest in marine technology backed by decades of hard won construction and finishing skills. The overall process is continually monitored by Altima personnel to assure both initial build quality and longer term performance and maintainability. Altima Yachts maintains offices in Montreal, Canada; Ft Lauderdale, Florida and Rouses Point, New York, as well as our expansion of dealerships extending from coast to coast. Our staff is dedicated in every way to make our clients life on the water the most enjoyable that it can be. For instance, we provide our new owners a full three year worldwide contract with MarineCierge, the world’s largest provider of water born travel, medical, and concierge services. An Altima owner will never be more than a phone call away from help anywhere in the world. We understand that your marine adventures are just starting when you step aboard an Altima yacht.
