Sitting quietly, beneath a tree,
we become grounded,
rooted in stillness,
anchored by the quiet strength
of its ancient roots.

In the shade of its branches,
we find refuge
from the noise of the world,
a sacred pause
where time slows
and the mind softens.

Here, connected to the earth beneath us,
we are reminded to breathe deeply,
to surrender the restless rush of thoughts,
and to simply be present.

In this space,
the heart finds a sense of peace,
and the soul embraces
its natural serenity.

Here, we become still,
rooted, calm,
and wholly at home.

This is where the soul breathes
and the heart finds its rhythm.
