This little girl had no idea she would inspire her community to come back to themselves by embracing her own authenticity, joys & passions.

That her own journey into her resistance to pain & shadow would open up the doorway for so many others to do the same. That this journey into the pain would liberate so much joy, wonder, play & magic to share with the world.

She had no idea the magnitude of ripples that her essence would seed into the collective by finding the strength to come back to herself. And how that safe space she learned to create for herself, became medicine for her community.

🤲 Reiki was my first introduction into the metaphysical & self healing world. I was experiencing a lot of physical pain from injuries and started learning self reiki as a way to get relief. At the time, I didn’t realize that it was the doorway to god which would bring me into this work to inspire so many others 🙏 From there, I expanded into many other modalities & awarenesses… but that’s a whole other set of topics I could write about.

💆 This weekend we start our next group of reiki training for level 1 & 2 practitioners. I am so grateful to get to share reiki with more people & know it will forever shift the trajectory of their lives in different ways 🦋 We are grateful to have beautiful humans following the call of their soul to lean into this work!!
