🌬️ Be guided through a transformational breathwork journey with the support of gentle reiki energy healing from Jillian Marchand & two additional reiki masters - Kristi Lyne Shayan & Melissa Peers! Journey & disconnect from the thinking mind to move stagnant energy through intentional breath while being supported by reiki energy healing 💆

🕺🏻 This session will guide simple movements to get your body moving & fluids flowing. After a quick movement practice we will lay down for the breathwork journey. During the journey all 3 reiki practitioners will provide hover & hands on reiki healing to the group.🤲

✨ Limited to 10 spots

Yoga mat & blanket are provided. Bring along your water bottle & journal/pen (optional). Doors open 15 minutes early so you can get settled.

📣 Starting June 1st, private breathwork package prices will be adjusted for the first time in a few years! 🌬️ If you’ve been feeling called to breathwork and want to save on the current pricing, book your package before the change :)

The following changes effective June 1st, 2026:

4x 45min breathwork package
Currently: $288 ➡️ June 1st: $333

4x 45min breathwork with reiki package
Currently: $333 ➡️ June 1st: $444

4x 75min breathwork package
Currently: $388 ➡️ June 1st: $444

4x 75min breathwork with reiki package
Currently: $444 ➡️ June 1st: $555

I highly recommend booking your 4 sessions weekly to get the benefits of integrating the work into your daily life consistently, though the package is valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

Unless you have a health spending account, which allows you to use your coverage as you wish, most insurance plans do not cover breathwork and/or reiki. All plans are different so reach out to your insurance company to check.

Full payment is due upfront in order to book.
