Looking to connect with nurses who might be quietly edging toward burnout.

In 2026, FireLoch will be reoffering our "Care for Caretakers Fellowship" to support nurses with restorative retreats and learning opportunities to process stress and rebuild healthier habits.

With support from the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia, we have been researching how nurses are uniquely impacted by chronic stress, grief exposure, and compassion fatigue. We want to talk to nurses directly, to listen to your stories of caretaking and to build a program with your feedback that is applicable and immediately useful.

If you are a nurse or nursing student and would be available for a 30 minute call with one of our facilitators, we can offer a $50 gift card in appreciation for your time. Please reach out to jennifer@fireloch.com and we can book a time that works for you!

We gathered last night to celebrate an incredible year and all that we’ve accomplished together. 2025 was a huge year for us from expanding our team and building our new clinic, all while continuing to do meaningful work with our community and clients.
