YGY Ginger, Sesame Blend
An amazing dinner.

1/2 lb chicken tenders

Stir-fry mushrooms, onions and crushed garlic

Added 2 cups frozen mixed veggies

Add SHIRATAKI noodles when cooked.

Whisk together & add to stirfry

YGY sesame ginger 1-2 tablespoons

1 tablespoons cornstarch

1/3 cup of tamari sauce

1 pack of dried shirataki noodles ( cooked as per instructions-boil 15 mins or until tender)
You can use any kind of noodles you want.
Enjoy!!
