This season feels especially full 🤍

What feels extra tender right now is that much of my work lately has been around educating teen girls — their cycles, their hormones, their bodies, and their strength.

All the while, I’ve been quietly growing my own little lady.

As I share this, I want to hold space for the many different journeys to parenthood. For those walking a windy and uncertain road, please know this announcement comes with deep respect for your story 🤍

Details about maternity leave and clinic plans will come once they’re finalized.

May we know them. 
May we be them. 
May we raise them.

Everyone’s doing a 2016 throwback and I didn’t think I had one.
But I do.

2016 was everything.

It was the year of healing.
My self-care era before I had the words.
Before self-care was aesthetic.

Studying hard. Dancing harder.
Choosing myself and slowing regaining control.
Saying yes to a trip to Belize with a group of girls I barely knew. A huge step outside my comfort zone.

And after a year of choosing me, of showing up for myself — 2017 rewarded me big 🤍
Into my life came my now husband.

And a decade later?

My 2026 vision board is demanding the same thing.

A year of slowing down.
Letting what I’ve built exist.
Choosing to focus on my little family.
Showing up with heart..not hustle.

Different season. Same lessons.

And if slowing down in 2026 rewards me in 2027 the way 2017 did…
I’m all in 🤍
