We are thrilled to share that our FEM Teen pilot project has been awarded a Wellness Grant to run inside two high schools this year.

This means high school girls will have access to free, empowering lunch-hour sessions covering topics like nutrition, cycle literacy, stress, sleep, and self-care — right at school.

FEM Teen is all about equipping young women with the knowledge and confidence to understand their bodies, support their health, and step into this season of life feeling empowered.

Sending a huge thank you to all that helped, especially the Community Health Board’s Wellness Fund, for believing in this project and helping us bring it to life 💗
