As we move toward the Winter Solstice, I want to share something deeply personal with you.

Nine years ago, in honour of my very first Christmas without my Mother, I created a gentle 21-day Self Love email journey. It was born from grief… and from a longing for calm and peace during a season that can feel heavy for so many.

December 21st is also her Heavenly Birthday and the Winter Solstice.

This year marks ten years without her. And once again, I feel the pull to pause, to soften, and to tend to what truly matters.

So I’m continuing this practice… and inviting you to join me.

For 21 days, I’ll be sending short, simple daily emails designed to help you:

Slow down.
Reconnect with your inner calm.
Nurture peace during the darker days.
Gently build inner (and outer) wealth from the inside out.

Each message includes a small reflection or ritual nothing overwhelming just a moment to come back to yourself.
