Good Evening Armstrong!
I am happy to announce that my online booking is open, and I am accepting NEW patients again at ALTHA Health and Sport!
This little one has been taking up most of my spare time these days, but I’m excited to have the opportunity to see more patients! Chiropractic care can be beneficial to help treat neck and back pain, and is also helpful for whiplash, shoulder and knee injuries, tennis elbow, ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis and so much more! I also enjoy working with postpartum women, to help increase strength and relieve pain/tension related to caring for infants and young children.
Treatments include muscle work (active release), joint mobilizations, adjustments(if/when warranted) along with personalized rehab exercises to keep you moving and feeling your best. Movement is the best possible medicine!
I will have increasing availability for afternoon and evening appointments (and one Saturday per month) going forward into the fall. Direct billing is available to most major insurance providers and ICBC.
Feel free to message me if you have any questions!

My Story

About Me

Hailing from beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia, I have always had a passion for Nature, Sports and Nutrition. I am an avid camper, hiker, and amateur bass fisher-woman with a love of animals, plants and gardening. I have an undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology with Distinction from the University of Victoria and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree with Magna Cum Laude distinction from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. I play recreational soccer in the summer, ice hockey in the winter and I am learning to snowboard. I have personal experience with the importance of nutrition and how it relates to health and digestive ailments, so if you get me talking about the gut microbiome and healthy bacteria we will definitely need some time! I am proud to permanently call the Okanagan Valley home and cannot wait to explore all the hidden natural gems it has to offer.

Over the past year it has been a pleasure to meet and work with so many fantastic patients from Vernon and its surrounding areas. I have a passion for movement and its ability to heal, which I work to incorporate into every treatment.

My mission is to empower, educate and inspire my patients to be proactive about their health and wellness. From head to toe, I can help with sprains, strains, sports injuries, chronic pain and more. As a Chiropractor and Certified Sports First Responder I am thrilled to work with sports teams, on and off the field of play. I have experience with athletes of all ages, from Minor Atom AAA hockey teams to Men’s Rugby and much more.
