Half Butterfly Pose (Ardha Baddha Konasana)
In Half Butterfly, we gently fold over one extended leg, letting the breath carry us inward. This sacred stillness nourishes the deep connective tissues and fascia of the hamstrings, hips, and low back—hydrating the joints, increasing mobility, and releasing long-held tension. As the body softens layer by layer, the mind follows, opening into a quiet space of surrender and inner peace.
