1. Sit comfortably with spine straight.
2. Place left hand on lap, palm facing up.
3. Make a fist with right hand and place it on the left palm.
4. Extend the right thumb upward (like a pillar).
5. Close eyes, breathe slowly.
6. Practice 15–20 minutes daily, preferably in the morning.
