1. Sit comfortably (Padmasana / Vajrasana / Sukhasana).
2. Interlock all fingers of both hands.
3. Extend both index fingers straight up, joined together.
4. Keep hands in front of the chest or solar plexus.
5. Close eyes, breathe slowly and deeply.

🌹🌹🌹Ganesha Mudra – How to do step by step:-

1. Sit comfortably (Sukhasana/Padmasana) or stand relaxed.
2. Raise both hands in front of the chest.
3. Turn right palm inward, left palm outward.
4. Interlock fingers firmly.
5. Inhale deeply.
6. While exhaling, gently pull hands away from each other (don’t release grip).
7. Hold 5–10 seconds, relax.
8. Repeat 3–5 times, then switch hand positions.

🕒 Practice for 15–45 minutes (in rounds).
