Finding Life Contentment

I have been in the business of helping people in a formal capacity since I was 20. What has always intrigued me is how humans can survive the most extreme adversity or trauma. The hope that people can look to a new way of living or just being in their life. It doesn’t have to be Einstein. There are many simple pleasures in life. We just have to be present to them even if we are living in a time of pain or anguish. To see change is possible and the past does not have to dictate your tomorrow is a hope for something better. This is what has kept me in this business of helping other.
