Thanks to everyone who supported and purchased our residents hand painted Christmas cards, designed by the students of Athens District High School - UCDSB a total of $600 was raised for the Local Ontario SPCA Leeds and Grenville Animal Centre 🐾💙

Further, MVL residents made home made cozy blankets as part of our Recreational Programming for our furry friends awaiting their forever home at the Ontario SPCA Leeds and Grenville Animal Centre

Together, we can make a difference! 💙

🎄This Christmas we are grateful for so many things- the generous Athens and surrounding community, Maple View Christmas spirit and of course our Maple View Volunteers!

💚Our Volunteers have given the most precious gift to our residents this year- their time.

☕️🫖This year we celebrated our Volunteers with a Christmas tea event featuring a unique vintage tea set for each volunteer to enjoy their tea with scones, clotted cream and jam from the local tea room Cosies accompanied by live music with Ted! 🎤🎼
