Book Recommendation:

Invisible Things creatively explores emotions, thoughts, and experiences that children feel but can’t see — like hope, worry, excitement, and imagination. Through playful illustrations and simple language, it helps young readers notice and name what’s happening inside them.

Book Recommendation for Children, Parents & Caregivers!

Talking to children about therapy and emotions can feel tricky, this book helps make those conversations easier.

Let's welcome our student from Lakehead Victoria to talk play this month. Children don’t always have the words to explain how they’re feeling — but they do have play.
Play therapy uses toys, art, games, and creativity to help children express emotions, build coping skills, and work through challenges in a way that feels natural and safe.

There are different approaches to play therapy, but they all share one goal: helping children feel understood, supported, and empowered.
