Back for another DEKA Strong yesterday but this time as a team! 👫 was my partner 💪
My two goals were:
1️⃣ Not to throw up after the workout like last weekend 😂
2️⃣ Finish under 13 minutes. Normally I don’t set time goals for a first attempt, but I knew I could count on Josh to rise to the challenge 👏
(Should’ve added “don’t fall off the plyo box” as a third goal… swipe to second last 😅 … I’m fine though!)

Team events are such a good reminder that fitness doesn’t always have to be solo… it can be shared, fun, and a little chaotic 😅
