Mastering Advanced Mat Pilates – Technique, Flow, and Cueing

Join Criss Saturday March 14th, 2026 from 1:30-3:00 pm at MODO YOGA AURORA to learn how to prepare for and progress through the advanced mat Pilates series.

This class-based learning workshop will move through the full sequence while breaking down key movements, emphasizing powerhouse engagement, control, and flow.

As you work from intermediate II into advanced mat exercises, you will refine technique, build strength, and gain greater confidence in both performing and teaching advanced mat work.

Cost: $40 +Tax (Students on Membership get 10% OFF)
