In person healing that begins with a conversation about your needs and goals. We begin with some gentle and grounding bodywork to promote relaxation and get you ready to connect with your body deeply. Then, when you're ready, I will guide you to connect with your body. I will hold my hands on areas that are tight, painful or need releasing. Together we bring our conscious awareness into that part of your body until we start to see the shift. Emotions, memories or physical sensations can arise as you clear the memory your body has been holding on to. This creates space for the emotion or energy to be expressed and no longer take up space within your body.

Rare for me to share from such a deep place of vulnerability. I like to call it vulny....🌿

Clients often think I have it all figured out. I have some things figured out for sure but I came from a place of complete despair and depression so I know the journey is bumpy and hard but also contains great joy.

so that you can read about how I felt and what I thought about. I wanted to make you viscerally feel and know that this is a place that is extremely painful but that there is a way through that pain.

A way of healing all those wounds and to find some peace.

Three Steps to grounding yourself in times of stress:

1. Remember to breathe. Just stop whatever you're doing and take 3 deep breaths. Just focus on the feeling in your body as you breathe.
2. Feel your feet on the ground, bum on the chair. Be in your body.
3. Place a hand on your chest and the other on your belly and feel your hands as you breathe.

Do one or all of these as needed to calm and center and remember if you need some additional guidance I'm just a DM away.
