Super calcified #21. History of trauma. Tooth is asymptomatic but patient is complaining of darkening which is getting worse. I like to do these cases in two visits with CaOH to remove any bacteria byproducts which could be contributing to the staining. Instrumented to a conservative 20 Vtaper. Or***ce sealer and bleaching with Opalescence from Ultradent. Patient is happy with the result after 1 application. Keeping it tight!
