Good morning! Let's get real here...We are all sensitive it gluten because our bodies cannot digest it. Period. Inflammation now builds up to try and get rid of these huge foreign particles (gluten) that our gut can't absorb. So in the short term, we are hungry and ask why even though we ate a sandwich 20 minutes prior (aka malabsorption of nutrients). In the long term, we end up suffering from some of the following listed in the articles below. Enjoy :)
