What a great kick off to the Holiday Season. Everyone was festive and ready to mingle. The potluck was a huge success. Lots of different homemade dishes from different cultures to try. The team all showed up! The games started with an Icebreaker: Name your FitFam. Everyone participated in the Swiss Ball Under Over Lie down Foot pass. It was a lot of fun. And there was one more game to come and again everyone jumped in, literally. It was a kind and body game with a lot of spirit. We have a really great F45 Fam. Happy Holidays.

With some great matchups and a few nail biting games, we now have our Top 3 bowlers locked in and ready to help earn some big points!

Tis the season to be thankful, to extend kindness & gratitude, and to get together.
We would like to extend our gratitude to our amazing community by hosting a Christmas Party on Friday Dec 5 at F45 Aurora studio. 730-11pm.
It’s a Potluck event.
Make a favourite dish and share with your F45 Team/Family. It can be healthy or naughty. Please label.

Refreshments will be provided. Feel free to add to the refreshment table 🍸.

Last weekend, after over 16 weeks of training, more than 20 of our members and coaches took on HYROX Toronto and every single one of them crushed it! 💪🔥

From early morning workouts to late-night recovery sessions, the dedication, consistency, and teamwork behind this moment were unreal. What we saw last weekend was the result of months of discipline, community support, and a shared drive to be better every day.

We couldn’t be prouder of this crew for representing F45 Aurora Canada with heart and grit.
