Diabetes comes down to how your body handles and produces insulin, not from a love of sweets.

➡️ Type 1: Often occurs in childhood or adolescence and happens when the body doesn’t produce insulin.
➡️ Type 2: Typically develops in adulthood if your body can’t use insulin properly.
