Great tips from Dr. Wall!! 😊 ❄️ 🪏

With the snow that has come down today, here are some tips for shovelling snow in the winter!

1) Make sure to warm up prior to starting to shovel.
2) Do your best to not let the snow pile up, even if that means multiple shovelling sessions throughout the day.
3) Bend your knees and keep your back straight.
4) Push the snow, don’t throw it, and avoid heavy twists.
