We are looking for Victoria County residents willing to be on call to act as a companion for older adults to support navigation from Transit into waiting rooms. We have some changes coming up in our schedule that we want to share with our riders:

Easter Holiday Hours - Victoria County Transit
CLOSED - Friday, April 3, 2026
CLOSED - Monday, April 6, 2026

Limited Hours - Dispatch Office - Transit operating normally
Thursday, April 9, 2026 and Friday, April 10, 2026.

Today the tenants at Lakeview initiated the four newest Youth Community Champions with a "take no prisoners' afternoon of Bingo. These four young men brought great energy and willingness to be coached by the players, which made the time playing just fly by! Thank you to the Municipality of Municipality of the County of Victoria, Nova Scotia Recreation program for initiating the Community Champions program.
